The Spicy BBQ Oil blends extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil infused with chilli, smoke and charcoal, and is designed to withstand extremely high temperatures for barbecue cooking. For seasoning, the Jerk Rub for Chicken combines classic Jamaican flavours with spice, fragrant notes and citrus, intended for use before cooking meat. The Habanero & Pineapple Jam balances sweet and spicy, ideal as a dipping sauce for cheese and meat or as a glaze before roasting. Finishing the set, the Spicy BBQ Salt blends chilli, roasted garlic and Anglesey sea salt from Halen Mon, intended to add a meaty barbecue flavour to meat before cooking.
