San Marzano Talò Verdeca

From Cantine San Marzano, the Talò Verdeca 2024 is a refreshing, dry white wine that reflects the winery’s modern approach to vinification alongside long-held Apulian traditions. Established in 1962 by 19 vine growers from San Marzano, the cooperative has grown over the decades to include more than 1,200 vine growers, with a focus on producing elegant wines with distinctive varietal and regional character.

In the glass, this Verdeca shows a rich aromatic profile, with notes of white flowers and crisp green apple, lifted by a subtle hint of honey. The palate is vibrant and creamy in texture, finishing with a thirst-quenching freshness that suits relaxed aperitifs and easy-going food pairings alike.

In 2022, San Marzano received the ‘Cooperative Winery of the Year Award’ from Gambero Rosso.
