Designed for controlled lifting and pulling tasks, the Simplex Web Sling from Rackhams offers a practical alternative to chain and wire rope slings. This 1 Ton web sling is made with reinforced eyes at each end and a wider profile intended to provide a better hold on objects with a larger surface area, including more fragile items, by spreading the weight load more evenly.

Lighter than chain and wire rope slings, it is easier to handle and transport, while remaining flexible enough to fit the load without damaging the load or the sling itself. The sling can also be safety checked more easily, with no hidden corrosion, and is stated to absorb shocks. Each sling is tested on a 7:1 factor of safety, and a test certificate is supplied via email.
