SPORTNOW Adjustable Weight Bench for Home Gym with Resistance Bands

Built for compact home training, the SPORTNOW adjustable weight bench gives you a stable base for varied strength sessions without taking over the room. This folding bench features 7 backrest angles, allowing incline, flat and decline positions, while the detachable resistance bands add another training element for arm warm-ups and lighter exercises.

A heavy-duty steel frame supports up to 120kg, with a thick high-density sponge seat and backrest finished in wipe-clean PU leather. Anti-slip foot pads help keep the bench steady and protect the floor beneath. Once training is done, it folds down to a compact size that stores neatly in a corner or under a bed.
