The SPORTNOW cable crossover machine is a multifunction power cage designed to support a wide range of strength training exercises at home. Combining a pull-up bar station, barbell rack, landmine, lat pull-down and low row bar, it creates a versatile workout station for full-body training.

To help tailor your setup, the barbell rack adjusts across 8 levels, making it easy to position for different exercises and user heights. The pulley system is compatible with 2" (5 cm) weight plates and supports up to 30 kg per arm (60 kg total), while the lat pull-down and low-row bar can be loaded up to 50 kg for progressive resistance.
