SPORTNOW gives the home gym a solid centrepiece with this power cage power rack, built for compound training with a squat rack, pull-up stand, barbell rack and cable pulley system in one steel frame. The layout supports a broad training routine, from bench presses, pull-ups and push-ups to curls, rowing and lat pull-down work.

A 15-level adjustable barbell rack allows the height to be set to suit the user, while the integrated cable system provides up to 50kg of resistance and works with 1" and 2" weight plates. The heavy-duty steel frame supports a maximum user weight of 120kg, with a barbell rack capacity of 150kg.
