T-mech 11sqm Black Van Lining & VW Transporter Racking Unit

Designed to help create a more organised, hard-wearing workspace, this T-mech van lining carpet and racking set combines a heavy-duty lining roll with a dedicated racking unit for VW Transporter models. The lining carpet is made to mould neatly around wheel arches, windows and metalwork, with a super-stretchy design that helps deliver a smooth, professional finish without creasing.

Supplied as a 5.5m length and 2m wide roll, it offers 11m2 total coverage and is suitable for lining out vans, motor homes and cars. Made from 100% polypropylene, the carpet is described as extremely tough despite its high elasticity, and is resistant to moisture, colour loss and chemicals. The bundle also includes 5 cans of ultimate trim adhesive, featuring a high temperature resistance of 120° and an adjustable flow rate nozzle for quick, straightforward application.

Completing the set, the racking unit is designed to fit Transporter SWB T5, T6, T28 and T30 vans, and can be positioned on either the nearside or offside. Four shelves provide practical storage, with two shelves featuring removable dividers to create adjustable compartments. Ergonomically designed fastenings and supplied L-brackets help secure the rack in place.
