Built around one of WWII’s most distinctive German tank destroyers, the Tamiya German Self Propelled Heavy Anti Tank Gun Nashorn (1:35) is an assembly kit created for adult constructors who enjoy historically focused builds. The Nashorn mounted an 8.8cm gun, also known as the PAK 43, on the upper surface of a light, turretless chassis, and served with German heavy anti-tank battalions against Soviet and Allied forces.

This 1/35 scale model recreates the vehicle’s imposing profile with research based on an actual museum example in Russia. The kit includes faithful reproductions of the 71-calibre 8.8cm gun and the complex fighting compartment, with metal parts used to give the gun authentic movement and weight. Three marking options are supplied, including winter and Eastern Front versions, alongside four figures depicting the driver and three crew members in varied poses.
