A stylish dining table for those looking to host dinner for family and friends. The solid oak timbers used in the construction of this 8 seater dining table have been skilfully selected and crafted without the use of mass finger jointing, delivering beautiful, unbroken lines. The fine grain typical of oak ensures that this piece of furniture will age beautifully, developing patina and gracious character in years to come.
This beautifully designed refectory table is fitted with a sturdy and easy to use centre extension panel that extends this solid oak table from a 6 seater dining table at 200cm in length, to a comfortable 8 seater dining table configuration at 240cm length. When not in use the extension panel stores away neatly under the table top, perfect for use as a long kitchen table or extending dinner table for the dining room.
No lamination, veneer or MDF is used in the construction of this extendable oak dining table. After years of use this large table can be sanded to remove any signs of use and re-lacquered to appear as it did the day it was first delivered, representing true lifetime value.
