The Black Crowes Happiness Bastards is a black vinyl LP pressing of the band’s 10th studio album, released 15 years after their last album of original music. The Robinson Brothers present a stripped, bare-boned rock and roll record rooted in rhythm and blues, with no gloss or glitter.

Following their 2019 reunion, the band played over 150 shows across 20 countries while marking the 30th anniversary of Shake Your Money Maker. In early 2023, the Robinson Brothers and longtime bassist Sven Pipien went into the studio with producer Jay Joyce, drawing on the experiences of the past years as they returned to their roots.
