How to apply:

Diffuser Blend - Add 6-8 drops of Lavender to your diffuser to create a soothing and calming atmosphere. It is also helpful for relieving the symptoms of coughs and colds.

Massage Blend - Add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil, perfect for a relaxing bedtime massage.

Skin Blend - Add 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for a facial blend or up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil for use on the body. Beneficial for all skin types.

Bath Blend - Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil. Add to your bath water and swirl to disperse. This will make at least 3 baths.

Inhalation - Useful as a facial steam, add 3 drops of Lavender to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe. Application not suitable for asthmatics, instead use in a diffuser
