Tony Iommi The 1996 DEP Sessions (Remaster) is a limited LP pressed on translucent black ice vinyl. Material for the DEP Sessions was originally recorded in 1996 and first released via Sanctuary in 2004.
The recordings previously circulated among fans as a bootleg titled 'Eighth Star'. On that version, two of the final tracks were missing, while a cover of Jethro Tull's "To Cry You A Song" (mistitled "Shaking My Wings") was included; it does not feature Tony Iommi.
