BECO BEtomic Aqua-Fit Aid

Designed for aquatic training, the BECO BEtomic Aqua-Fit Aid is a compact aqua fitness tool that can be held underwater or worn on the feet during aqua aerobics. As you move your arms or legs through the water while using it, it creates medium resistance to make push-and-pull movements more challenging, supporting muscle strengthening in the legs, bottom, chest and shoulders.

With medium buoyancy and a soft rubber material that’s lightweight and comfortable to hold, it’s well suited to aquatic fitness sessions as well as rehabilitation-focused exercise. Regular use is intended to help develop coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility, making it a practical addition to pool-based routines.
