Contacts are placed directly onto the surface to register a reading, while the backlit LCD screen remains easy to read in lower light. A colour-coded indicator shows the suitability of wood for burning, helping you identify fully seasoned logs more easily. The meter also measures temperature in °C or °F. It requires 3 x AAA batteries, which are not included.
