Verano Spanish Ceramics Signature - Blue & White Fish - Spoon Rest

From Verano Spanish Ceramics, the Signature Blue & White Fish Spoon Rest brings a distinctive, artisan finish to the tabletop. Produced by a small, family-run business in the Almeria region of southern Spain, each piece reflects a multi-stage decorative process developed over generations. The ceramic is first dipped in a white base clay paint, before the design is drawn by carving through the white coating and into the brown clay beneath, leaving an indented imprint.

Individually signed by the artist, every spoon rest is then hand-painted in rich, contrasting colours, before being glazed and fired in the kiln. Designed for everyday use, it is microwave and dishwasher safe, and sits beautifully alongside other items available in the Signature range.
