Vintage Tom A fine Sapphire Ring

An Art Deco style sapphire ring with pierced foliate and engraved gallery settings. The principal sapphire is a pleasing cornflower blue colour cushion shaped and measures 8x8mm and has a carat size of just over two carats as confirmed inside the band. Mille grain setting.

Depth 6.8mm, weight 4.4grams. Each shoulder is set with six graduating calibre cut sapphires that match the main stone, to a total carat weight of 0.65 carats. Stamped PLAT (850), and tests as platinum.
