Vintage Tom A fine three stone sapphire and diamond ring

A fine three stone trilogy ring containing a mid to dark blue cornflower blue sapphire (no sign of heat treatment) 7x5.6mm (approximately one carat) and each side an old brilliant cut white diamond, 5mm each (approximately half a carat each) colour H-i, clarity VS.

Head is claw set, 17.6x7mm, depth 5.4mm, weight 4grams. Head tests as platinum, shank stamped 750 and tests as 18 carat white gold. Period 1930-1940. A lovely ring with little or no noticeable wear.
