A fine cluster ring containing a ruby centre stone 7.7x6.1x3.5mm (calculated at 1.38 carats).
Surrounded by a doublet circlet of small brilliant cut white diamonds to an estimated total weight of 0.70 carats. Colour H-j, clarity Si. The shank is stamped 18CT and tests as 18 carat gold. Period assumed as 1960-1970, just before the legal requirement for a hallmark. We can add a hallmark if one should require (Birmingham Assay Office).
Weight 5.5grams. Head 17x16mm, depth 7mm. Weight 5.5grams.
Size M 1/2, we can resize free of charge. Condition- fine to excellent.
