A beautiful Edwardian pendant. An amethyst is set in the centre 5mm diameter, mille grain set. This is set within a fan shape which is set with many small seed pearls.
Below this another cut out section, set with more seed pearls. At the base and articulating a pear shaped amethyst 7x5mm. Overall size 45x22mm. Stamped 15CT, and tests as 15 carat gold. No hallmarks required for this era.
The pearl set bale is attached to an 18" nine carat gold belcher neck chain. Barrel style clasp. Overall total weight 9.3grams.
