Vintage Tom An aquamarine and diamond dress ring

A dress ring containing a large octagonal step cut aquamarine centre stone 15x10mm (approx. 7.37 carats) pale blue colouring.  Corner claws are white gold.

To each side two x 1.8mm rose cut diamonds, both set in white gold squares. Head also has cartouche style decoration. Overall size 18x13mm, depth 6mm. Weight 5.4grams.

Shank stamped 585, tests as 14 carat gold. Continental manufacture so no UK hallmarks.
