A modern 18 carat white gold cluster ring. Centre stone an ice blue oval cut aquamarine, 6x4mm (0.50 carats). 

Complimented by ten brilliant cut white diamonds, 2mm each, and in each shoulder five white diamonds 1.6mm each. Total diamond content estimated at 0.50 carats.
