From Viña Vistamar, this Casablanca Valley Pinot Noir is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes and crafted by winemaker Irene Paiva. Bottled at 13.5% ABV, it shows a fresh, elegant style with a juicy fruit character and a smooth, velvety texture, making it a polished choice for the table.

Expressive aromas of fresh raspberries and cherries are layered with subtle notes of caramel and chocolate. Delicate toasted notes carry through to a pleasant, complex finish. It pairs particularly well with tuna, salmon, ostrich, beef carpaccio or magret of duck.
