Tasting notes

Rocca Nero di Troia

Very deep ruby red with almost impenetrable colour, developing brilliant garnet highlights over time. The nose shows ripe red fruits, cherries in spirits and a vinous character. On the palate, intense ripe fruit is joined by hints of spice and tobacco, with a structured, full-bodied profile and velvety tannic astringency.

Tor del Colle Biferno Riserva

Deep, rich and smooth black cherry fruit comes from the Montepulciano in the blend, while Aglianico adds structure and a touch of spice. The finish carries a hint of oak from 18 months of barrel ageing, with a bold style and rustic warmth.

Torridoro Primitivo di Manduria

Deep purple in colour with a complex bouquet of spices and ripe fruit. The palate is powerful in structure with soft sweetness, gentle tannins and a lasting finish.
