Yale Locks Y3 Modern Nightlatch - Multi Colour

From Yale, the Y3 Modern Nightlatch is a contemporary security lock designed to bring a modern look alongside the performance and quality associated with the brand. Created as a straightforward replacement for P77 traditional nightlatches, it can be fitted with no additional chiselling required, making it a practical choice when updating an existing door set-up.

For everyday control, the latch can be deadlocked internally using the snib button, while the snib function also allows the latch to be held back when needed. Suitable for both left and right handed, inward opening doors, it is supplied with a Yale 1109 external cylinder and 2 keys (key blank: B-KEY-1109). The Y3 nightlatch has a 60mm backset, measured from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole.
