Yale Locks Y3 Modern Nightlatch - Multi Colour

From Yale, the Y3 Modern Nightlatch brings a contemporary look to a trusted door-locking format, designed to deliver the performance and quality associated with the brand. Created as a straightforward replacement for P77 traditional nightlatches, it can be fitted without additional chiselling, making it a practical choice when updating existing door hardware.

For everyday control, the latch can be deadlocked internally using the snib button, while the snib function also allows the latch to be held back when needed. Suitable for left and right handed, inward opening doors, it is supplied with a Yale 1109 external cylinder and comes with 2 keys (key blank: B-KEY-1109). The Y3 nightlatch features a 60mm backset, measured from the edge of the door to the centre of the keyhole.
