From Yoga Studio, this 1" chip foam half Yoga Block set (pack of 4) offers a practical way to fine-tune support in your practice. Made from densely compressed recycled chipped foam using offcuts from manufacturing other foam products, each block provides a softer, squishier feel than EVA foam blocks, while still helping to support, stabilise and align the body in a wide range of poses.

Designed as a spacer block, it is particularly useful when you need to reduce or increase the height of your lift by less than 2" (5cm) in one go. Use one to raise the hips for a straighter spine, or combine four together for classic shoulder stand support. As these blocks are made from recycled chip foam, the colour varies from batch to batch and is always mottled/multicoloured. Please note that sizing may not adhere strictly to the standard specification, and variance may be more than 3mm.
