From Yoga Studio, this recycled chip foam Pilates head block is designed to bring extra support and stability to your practice. With a 5.5kg (12lb) density, it is described as the firmest chip foam block available, helping you feel more secure as you work on alignment and positioning.

Use it to support, stabilise and align the body in a range of poses. It can be sat on to raise the hips for a straighter spine, or combined with others to create a classic shoulder stand support. Made in England, it offers a softer, squishier feel than EVA foam blocks, making it a considered choice when you want gentler support. Please note these blocks are sold singularly, although they are usually used in pairs.
