Well suited to yoga, Pilates and meditation, it offers a more comfortable base for static poses, seated work and relaxation, whether you are practising at home or in a studio setting.

Its long, generously proportioned shape makes it particularly useful for techniques that involve sitting or lying down for extended sessions, including Yoga Nidra, pranayama and meditation. It is also suitable for bodywork practices such as Shiatsu, Thai massage and breathing therapies. The outer cover is made from natural cotton, while the inner cover uses raw cotton that is undyed and unbleached.
