How to use

• Roll the ball over the affected area with your hands
• For self-massage on the back, place the ball against the wall and your back, then move from side to side or up and down
• For back massage while seated, place the ball between your back and the back of a desk chair
• Adjust the position every 5 minutes from the lower back to the higher back
