York B501 Weight Bench

From York, the B501 Weight Bench is a compact, foldable bench designed to support flexible strength training at home. With a 3-position backrest offering 1 flat and 2 incline settings, it adapts easily to different angles for a varied routine, while keeping your setup space-efficient for garages, spare rooms or dedicated home gyms.

For added exercise options, the bench features butterfly arms for chest exercises and a leg unit with foam rollers for leg extensions and curls. Barbell retaining hooks provide a secure place to hold your barbell when loading or changing weights. The butterfly arms and leg curl unit can be loaded with 1" standard weight plates, and spring collars are included for plate loading.
