York Squat Stands

Designed for flexible strength training at home or in the gym, the York Squat Stands offer a versatile set-up for racking a barbell and supporting a wide range of lifts. Use them as a traditional squat stand, or position them alongside a bench to suit your routine.

Built with heavy duty 2" steel tubing, each stand is made to feel secure during use and simple to adjust. Height can be set from 100cm to 171cm, while the independent design makes it easy to place the stands at a user-defined distance for comfortable set-up across different exercises. For added practicality between sets, integrated storage pegs hold 1" standard weight plates.
