York Floor Guards

Designed for home training spaces, the York Floor Guards from York Fitness create a cushioned, non-slip surface that helps protect both your flooring and your equipment. Ideal beneath weights, a bench or an exercise bike, they also provide added comfort and protection for floor-based exercises, while helping to muffle sound during workouts.

This set includes four interlocking foam tiles, each measuring 60cm x 60cm, plus edging strips for a more finished look. Once the edging strips are attached, the full layout measures 122cm x 122cm. The interlocking design makes the tiles easy to assemble and simple to expand by adding additional sets when you need a larger area.
