ATEK 47 Inch Olympic EZ Curl Bar with Spinlock Collars Chrome Weight Lifting Bar

ATEK’s 47 inch Olympic EZ curl bar gives arm and upper-body training a more considered grip profile than a conventional straight bar. Built in steel with a chrome finish, it features the distinctive angled shape associated with EZ bars, along with knurled grip sections and threaded sleeves for use with the supplied spinlock collars.

The curved bar design creates multiple hand positions and allows the wrists to sit in a more natural position during many movements. It suits a wide range of free-weight exercises in home gyms, garage gyms and fitness studios, including curls, preacher curls, reverse curls, tricep extensions and skull crushers. Weight plates are not included, and the bar is intended for compatible Olympic-style plates.
