York 1" Solid Tricep Bar

From York, the Standard 1" Solid Tricep Bar is designed to make upper-body training feel more comfortable in the hands, with two central handles that position your grip at 90 degrees to a conventional bar. This angled hold helps reduce pressure on the wrists while you focus on strengthening and toning the triceps.

Made with a solid steel bar construction and finished in chrome plating, it features knurled grip handles for a secure feel during lifts. Use it on its own or load it with standard 1" weight plates to increase workout intensity. Suitable for a wide range of movements, it supports exercises including hammer curls, overhead tricep presses, skull crushers and bench presses, while also helping develop the biceps, back and shoulders.
