Commonly used for bicep curls and tricep extensions, its distinctive ‘W’ shape is intended to help ease strain on the wrists and elbows while lifting.

Measuring 1.2m in length, the bar features quality knurling to support a more secure grip during sets. It comes complete with two quality metal spinlock collars, making it quick and straightforward to load and unload compatible plates. Suitable for use with standard 1" weight plates (not included), it offers a maximum load capacity of 125kg.
