This power sandal by BECO provides effective abdominal-leg training in the water. The straps and the Velcro closure made of soft, soft material are individually adjustable and offer an optimal fit on the foot. The AquaTwin offers enough buoyancy so that you can move freely and detached in the water without additional buoyancy aids. Especially in the lower extremities, effective training is offered: in the shallow or deep basin, aqua jogging or aquafitness: the buoyancy and the additional resistance on the legs make all muscle groups play on legs, buttocks and belly . . . ! Also for the upper body, the AquaTwin offers the optimal training: in the "twin" hide like the AquaDisc SZ two openings, which are "grasped" with thumbs and fingers. Thus, arm, shoulder, chest and back muscles can be properly demanded.
