The Nordic Jet from BECO is designed to aid aqua fitness and can be used to help rehabilitation from injury when doing aqua aerobics. Designed to create water resistance to improve strength and endurance and to help you with coordination and balance. Ideal for aqua nordic walking (a water-based exercise that trains your whole body just like Nordic walking on land). Stability - The water flows through a funnel-shaped cone in the hollow handle, is gathered into a jet and then flows back out through a second funnel. The flowing water stabilises the direction of your arm movements and allows your arms to move forward evenly through the water. Water-resistance - As you push the Nordic Jets through the water, resistance is created to make you work harder to move them through the water. This will improve muscular endurance as well as flexibility and coordination. The two cones are different sizes and the handles have massage nodules to massage your hands during your workout.
