From Les Costières de Pomérols in Languedoc, France, Beranger Picpoul de Pinet is a white wine made from 100% Picpoul Blanc grapes. Bottled at 13% ABV, it comes from vineyards on ancient Costières terraces overlooking the Etang de Thau lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea, where limestone, red marl, clay, sand and stone shape the growing conditions.

Skin maceration for several hours, cold double-decanting and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserve its bright, precise character. Elegant and refined, it suits aperitif service and pairs particularly well with oysters, sushi, mussels à la marinière, grilled fish or asparagus.
