Chateau Toinet Lavalade Saint Emilion Bordeaux (750ml - 12%)

From Saint-Christophe-des-Bordes in the Saint-Émilion appellation, Château Toinet Lavalade 2019 is a Bordeaux red shaped by a classic Right Bank blend and traditional cellar work. This 12% ABV wine comes from a 12-hectare vineyard planted with 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fermentation is carried out at 28C with daily pumping over, followed by four weeks of maceration and malolactic fermentation. An 18-month ageing period brings added depth and structure. The 2019 vintage was awarded a Gold Medal by Gilbert & Gaillard in 2021.
