Berkfield Power Tower with Sit-up Bench and Boxing Bag

Built for varied upper-body and core training, the Berkfield Power Tower with Sit-up Bench and Boxing Bag combines a freestanding power tower, sit-up bench and hanging boxing bag in one substantial frame. It supports bodyweight exercises including pull-ups with narrow and wide grip, dips, chin-ups, knee raises and sit-ups, while the attached boxing bag adds striking work to the setup.

The steel frame has a black powder-coated finish, with padded bench and armrest cushions covered in black PU for a cleaner, more comfortable contact surface. A sturdy base adds stability, and the sit-up bench has a maximum load of 100kg. Sand is not included for the boxing bag.
