The steel frame sits on rubberised, non-slip feet for a steady base, while the adjustable backrest, arm curl cushion and bar supports allow the setup to be altered for different lifting positions.

This set includes a straight barbell bar, a curl barbell bar and two dumbbell bars, matched with cement-filled plates finished in a plastic shell. Each plate is clearly weight-stamped for quick selection and secures with star locks, keeping the setup straightforward and organised between exercises.
