Built for serious home strength training, the Marcy MWB-1282X Smith machine home gym combines a Smith press with high and low pulley stations in one substantial frame. It supports circuit-style sessions across multiple stations and gives solo lifters a more controlled setup for pressing, squats and lunges, with a maximum Smith press rack load of 135kg.

The Smith press arms run on commercial-grade linear metallic ball bearings with integrated hooks and chrome guide rods for a smooth sliding action. Nine hook-up positions on each side make re-racking straightforward, while adjustable safety stops limit how far the bar can lower during training. High and low pulley stations use 2000lb tensile strength aircraft cables and 4" sealed bearing pulleys, with clips and chains to adjust attachment length and cable tension set to reduce slack for immediate resistance.
