The steel frame, adjustable backrest and adjustable seat give it a flexible layout for varied bench-based training, while the included barbell and dumbbell bars expand the range of exercises available.

Comfort and control are handled with a cotton-padded cushion, adjusting knobs for position changes, and secure fittings across the weight set. The bars feature non-slip grips, with quick-action spring collars on the barbell bar and fluted star-screw caps on the dumbbell bars. Polyethylene-coated weight plates complete the set, with multiple plate sizes that can be combined in different ways.
