Built for home strength training, the SPORTNOW cable crossover machine is a multi-function power rack with a pull-up bar, barbell rack, landmine, lat pull-down and low-row bar. The steel frame gives you a broad training station in one footprint, with a spacious walk-in design and integrated storage posts for the barbell and weight plates to add stability.

An 8-level barbell rack adjusts from 30-180 cm, making it easier to set the height to suit different exercises. The pulley system supports up to 30 kg per side, 60 kg in total, and is compatible with 2" (5 cm) weight plates. A 180 cm barbell bar is included, with a 100 kg capacity, while the maximum user weight is 120 kg.
