The height-adjustable rack suits barbell bars with a diameter of approximately 45-50 mm and can be paired with a workout bench for bench press training as well as squats.

The rack has a rugged steel construction, 12 adjustable settings and a maximum bearing weight of 80 kg. Stable non-slip feet help keep the frame grounded, while the included barbell and dumbbell bars feature chrome-plated finishes, non-slip knurled grips and secure fastenings.
