Use and care

Before first use, remove all labels, then wash and rinse with mild detergent and water and dry with a soft towel. Treat the coating with a little vegetable oil and wipe off any excess.

Allow the pan to cool to room temperature after cooking and do not cool it by pouring in cold water. Clean using mild detergent and a soft scourer, avoiding metal scourers, metal utensils and abrasive cleaning products. Clean thoroughly after use to remove stains. Daily dishwasher cleaning should be avoided; use low-temperature programmes and non-corrosive cleaning agents when dishwashing.
