Berlinger Haus Roasting Pan and Rack Berlinger Haus BH-7849 Shiny Black

Designed for generous roasting, the Berlinger Haus BH-7849 Shiny Black roasting pan and rack brings a considered finish to the oven. Made from carbon steel with a Titan non-stick coating, it offers a practical surface for cooking meat and vegetables, with a removable rack that can be added or taken out as needed.

With its illusion bronze colourway and large stainless steel handles, it is easy to lift and manoeuvre. The rack helps raise food within the pan so hot air can circulate underneath, while the non-stick coating supports easy collection of cooking juices and fat.
