Berlinger Haus Roasting Pan and Rack Berlinger Haus BH-7847 Emerald

Bring a considered finish to roast dinners with the Berlinger Haus BH-7847 Emerald roasting pan and rack. Made from carbon steel and finished in metallic green, it pairs a Titan non-stick coating with a removable rack for flexible roasting.

Use the rack in place when you want hot air to circulate beneath food, or remove it to roast directly in the pan. Large stainless steel handles offer a secure grip when moving from oven to table, while the non-stick surface supports easy release and helps collect cooking juices and fat.
