Made from hard anodised aluminium, it absorbs and distributes heat efficiently to help reduce hot spots, making it easier to achieve consistent cooking across the tray.

Built for busy home kitchens as well as commercial use, it combines a robust finish with a triple-layer DuPont Teflon Select non-stick coating for easy release and straightforward cleaning. The strengthened surface is described as twice as strong as stainless steel, with added resistance to warping and scratching, and it’s suitable for use with metal utensils. As well as oven cooking, it can be used with multiple direct heat sources, including gas and electric, for tasks such as making gravy on the hob.
