Bestue El Mielero Riesling - Gewurztraminer - Garnacha (750ml - 10.5%)

From Bodegas Otto Bestué, El Mielero is a naturally sweet white wine made from Garnacha Blanca, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Produced with 10.5% ABV, it is crafted to retain aromatic richness and natural sweetness, with around 40 grams of residual sugar preserved during fermentation without additives.

A gentle low-temperature maceration of 9 to 10 hours is used to enhance aromatic expression. Fermentation is then halted partway through by cooling the must and filtering it, creating a sweet white with a carefully balanced, fruit-led style.
